"This place is dangerously rundown. Please cancel any bookings you have here Pro: • Location • Big space and nice terrace Against: • Front door to building is broken and replaced with dodgy door and plywood frame which is constantly open. The broken front door has a constant alarm. • Lift is broken to ground floor. It’s works intermittently and is often full of waste. • Hallways smell as is used for storage for dirty bedding and are used for storing waste for the Fast food burger place next...

"I would like to say this apartment was absolutely amazing, clean and comfortable and its on the main strip into old town antwerp. It was that good that after our stay we booked the same apartment again for our return from our road trip to poland . Its honestly a great experience and the price was brilliant. Thanks for an awesome experience we will definitely be returning to stay with you .you deserve more than 5 stars 🌟 "

"This property is in a quiet street in the centre of town only a short walk from the main square and bars/cafes. It has all you need for a short stay. Mohammed, our host, was responsive and did all he could to make sure our arrival went well. Be aware of the parking rules. There is on street parking but the town is very strict on timings. The will tow you away if you overstay. "

"Unit was switched. New apartment was on the corner of 2 main streets, very loud. I called upon arrival, answering service said someone would call, no call. Received email about the stay, I replied not happy. They said someone would contact me, no contact. Treacherous stairway to upstairs bathroom. "

"The pictures of the apartment are quite inaccurate or well out of date.. The stairs access is poor and not maintained. "

"The down stairs, hallway and lift smells like sewage. I have never smelled anything that bad all my life. It is horrible to subject anyone to such offensive odour."

"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. Place is nice looking and stuff but dirty. Mold in bathroom. Blood stain on sheets. No Wi-Fi. The auto light in hallway stays on for 10...

"The photos show the accuracy of the home with the exception of the NARROW staircases. Anyone with a mobility issue will not be able to stay in this home without issues. We had multiple heavy large suitcases and rather than unpack and attempt to climb MULTIPLE levels of staircases multiple times for arrival and departure, we decided to lose our money on this rental and we got hotel rooms at the Hyllit instead. "The stairs were much more than we could handle, even though they were well described in listing. We couldn’t regulate the water temperature shower. The highlight was the bed … extremely comfortable. Because of stairs and shower, we only stayed one night out of three. We informed host that we had left but never received a response. This was disappointing. A simple acknowledgement that we had left would have been much appreciated."
