"The elevator only takes luggage, so you have to walk up stairs to your room, so be aware. Staff is very friendly, but they didn't explain that guest must hang different door tag then don't disturb to get the $10 no room cleaning credit."

"The room itself was great. 2storey, lovely lounge, dining and kitchen downstairs. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Old colonial style semi detached.No good for assist (not that we needed that) but the steps to the bedroom are very steep. Had to leave my big luggage downstairs. The bathroom was good but could do with an upgrade although it was kept perfectly clean. The motel staff were lovely and the price was reasonable for the location. My suggestion if walking from the circular quay especially...

"The room was clean, Wifi was super-fast, and staff was courteous; the only thing was the bathroom faucets that is kind of outdated but ok. the location was excellent as it's right next to the Cruise Port, Ferries, and the Tramway station, so it was very convenient if you are staying for few days touring the city. "
