"The check in staff was really helpful and let us checked in early. All the other staff were courteous and helpful too. The room space was tight. There was no space to open up our luggage. We only managed because it was only a one night’s stay. The location is also not desirable. It’s right across the market. We had a room on the 29th floor facing the harbour but could still here the traffic at night."

We stayed in a room with a king bed, which was perfect for couples. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bay window offered a nice view of the pool. The room was well-designed, featuring a long low table for luggage and another long table for other belongings. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, a separate rain shower. The room also came with other essentials like slippers, an in-room safe, and a fridge. Overall, Royal Plaza Hotel offers a comfortable stay in a convenient location, making it an excellent option for both shopping and exploring Hong Kong’s vibrant street markets."

"Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. It did, however, work well, and was adjustable, which isn’t always the case in hotels. We will stay in Eaton next time we’re in HK but probably opt for one of the refurbished rooms."
