VILLA DAPHNE For 2-4 persons Villa Daphne is rebuilt on the foundations a dilapidated house in the center of the old mountain-village Kazaviti. The villa harmoniously combines locale architecture with modern standards. The house is located on the slope of the mountain valley and offer spectacular panoramic views from its terrace. The pleasant ambience of the fully furnished house and the magnificent sunsets contribute to an unforgettable holiday. The living room with an open fireplace is located on the ground floor. A modern kitchen offers all comfort needed for a pleasant stay. A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine is on the same floor. Two bedrooms, one of which is very spacious, are situated on the first floor. Each room has access to a large balcony with sea view. Another bathroom with bathtub, large washbasin and toilet completes this floor. Below the roofed terrace, a staircase leads to a sunny garden terrace with seating. It can be used by guests. The remaining half of the garden will be used by the guests of Villa Symeon. DETAILS Living-dining room: Sofa set, dining table, satellite TV, fireplace. Kitchen: Equipped with modern appliances, large breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer and keep fresh compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The cooking zone includes the stove with ceramic hob, oven, steam hood und integrated lighting. Bath-rooms: Tiles bathroom with bath, washing basin and toilet. Bedrooms: A large bedroom with high quality mattresses, halogen reading lamps, and clothes- and linen cabinets. The small bedroom has a pullout- sofa (140 cm), dresser and chair. The air conditioning is charged with a fee of Euro 2,50 per day. CLEANING The villa is cleaned once a week and bed linen and towels are changed. Guests pay Euro 30,00 for final cleaning. The garbage is disposed of by the guests in the container located at the entrance of the village.
