When we realized we didn’t have a proper phone charger, we inquired at the front desk, and the hotel manager generously lent us his personal charger. The interior design and meticulous attention to detail give this hotel a true five-star ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant, where our waiter was exceptionally attentive and friendly. The food and service were both excellent. Upon checkout, the managers greeted us warmly with handshakes and kind words of appreciation, leaving us with a lasting impression of their exceptional care and professionalism. "Breakfast was the highlight. We had two closeby rooms but they moved one of them to a different floor so that was not so good. An indoor pool saved the day in winter though it is rather cold. Pigeon Forge is a really good place to stay close to Gatlinburg without the overprices of Gatlinburg and with many more choices for dining, shopping and entertainment."
