I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience started off on the wrong foot due to a poor, uninformed check-in process. I had reserved two rooms and upon arrival, the front desk individual seemed to lack the knowledge or interest in assisting guests. This individual kept insisting that I only had one room in my reservation, and that there was nothing he could do to help, because the reservation was done through Expedia, a third party vendor, all this with a dismissive attitude. After spending some time contacting Expedia, we were able to find the second room's reservation. It appears there is a need to improve the training for the front desk personnel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent, however, i don't know if i would stay there again.
