Self catering Finca Juamar for 2 people

Finca Juamar is situated in Tahíche, built on a volcan. The property is formed by the house (Zonzamas); three studios (Fayna, Ico and Tirma) and one separate apartment (Taro, with its own garden). Each unit has got an independent entrance and terrace and the terraces are covered with pergolas.

There is also a swimming-pool and a wash-room to be used by all guests. If there are guests who want to grow plants, they will have a place in the garden to do so.

You get free internet with Wifi.

Each unit is equipped with TV SAT apart from an extensive information about the island Lanzarote and its most outstanding places (museums, monuments, Centres of Art, Culture and Tourism,)restaurants and more.

The land is about 7.000 square metres and borders on a natural park. It is a very quiet place, ideal for holidays in the country-side. If you are fond of walking, there are several paths going through extensive adjoining volcanic areas. Nearby the FincaJuamar, in Costa Teguise, there is an 18 hole golf course.

The nearest beaches are located in Costa Teguise, Arrecife (main city of Lanzarote) or Famara, all at a short distance by car.

Me ha encantado toda la comunicación que he tenido con la anfitriona. Apartamento con las dimensiones suficientes para mí y mi hijo. Cuenta con microondas, que no aparece en las fotos y lo digo porque, para mí, era un detalle muy importante. Tiene lavadora comunitaria y secadora. Sin duda, repetiría.

Petit logement très fidèle à la description. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui est très à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très propre, très fonctionnel et très bien situé. La terrasse est très agréable. Situé sur le couloir aérien mais il n’y a pas de trafic la nuit

Facilities available not reflected in the high price
Disappointing, kitchen lounge diner very small and cramped, twin gas hob no oven or microwave . No DVD player, no carbon monoxide detector, no first aid kit. As detailed in description. TV okay if you speak Spanish or German. No folder of instructions or helpful advice for the facilities only standard tourist leaflets for Lanzatote. No windows air conditioning or ventilation other than double doors in kitchen. Nor even an ice cube tray in the freezer compartment of the fridge(supplied on request) Laundry facilities no instructions pretty disgusting area.No safe. Swimming pool poorly equipped no safety instructions. Bathroom and shower very good, gas boiler was visibly blackened suggesting a service might be a good idea. The electrical wiring was very old , the property was badly in need of a complete rewrite. Purchased pillows from Ikea as those provided were similar to settee cushions and very uncomfortable.Property directly under the flight path of Ariceiffe Airport. We moved here from a property in Taybasco which was half the price and twice as good. I repeat this property is completely overpriced.

Ce gîte fait partie d'un groupe de gîtes (5?). Il est situé à l'écart du village dans un site volcanique très intéressant. L'intérieur du gîte est propre et avec le minimum pour être fonctionnel. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine partagée chauffée. La situation est excellente pour sillonner le nord de l'île. A recommander pour un séjour court.

Muy bien. Un trato exquisito. Volveré seguro. El sitio es alucinante. Conozco Lanzarote desde hace muchos años tanto por trabajo, como por disfrute personal, pero el lugar donde se encuentra ubicada la vivienda es un lujo y los propietarios son personas excelentes!!

Panorama sur la montagne
Bon accueil de bienvenue. Petite location très bien située à la campagne dans un endroit calme. Les touristes dans les locations contiguës étaient aussi calmes et discrets. Petite terrasse avec vue sur la montagne. Mais l'équipement en vaisselle est basique et avoir de l'eau pour prendre la douche est très difficile. Ce serait dû nous a dit la propriétaire à un problème de pression. Piscine à disposition.
