"We spent two weeks in one of the two bedroom pool villas. The accommodation was exceptional, the staff were great and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and we would be arriving after reception closed but the staff stayed in contact to make sure we knew the taxi would be waiting at the airport and that we would be able to gain entry. "The house was in a good location for what we required. It was very wet weather most days, and walking to the upstairs bedrooms was extremely dangerous. It has no cover so we got soaked coming to and from and nearly slipped several times. This is a major fault and should be rectified immediately before there’s a fatal accident.
