「A Unique location and property. We stayed in the largest suite which sadly has been decorated rather oddly (leather sofas and a giant chandelier that belongs in a beach resort in Tulum not in an ancient Georgian castle) The second bed in the suite was lumpy and uncomfortable. However the staff was polite, the pool unique and the location/ambiance was incredible. Just for the experience of staying in a hotel that old, I would recommend it. 」

「City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. 」

Location is in the old part of town but a modern apartment very close to freedom square and within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone needing the space and the pricing was very affordable. Great 3 day stay.」

「We were lucky to find this great apartment! Everything was perfect! We booked this wonderful apartment for a family. 「We booked this flat for one week. We loved the area around Old Tblisi. Levan, our host, helped us with our luggage up the several steps to the flat. Greatly appreciated. The flat had everything we needed. Complimentary bottle of wine, tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, bathroom slippers. The flat was cleaned during our stay by a very friendly nice lady. 「Clean, spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. Views to the city. Stores all around that work till late. The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay.」

「Excellent at all levels. As indicated in its name, it is a budget hotel, but in the most positive way, with lots the facilities and advantages.
