"We enjoyed our stay. The space is larger than expected. Hosts were responsive, kind and kept to themselves. The beds are very firm and the king bedroom is on the complete opposite side of the space from the bathroom. You can hear some foot steps and running/draining water from the owners main level however it’s quiet in the evening. I recommend bringing your own drinking water and anything else you may want to eat or drink. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Owners offered a dedicated parking...

"My husband and I loved staying here! I am a bit of a clean freak, and this is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have stayed at. It was a cozy little casita with all the amenities we needed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, which was great and we were able to park in the driveway rather than on the street, which made us feel better. "It's a full basement apartment. The 3 TVs were very good, though no local Over the Air or Cable. Washer Dryer very capacious, and in excellent condition. "There are metal steps up to the apartment.The property description did not include that the only way to the apartment was to use these stairs. I could not get my dog up the stairs without tearing her feet. When I arrived I immediately notified the owner that I could not stay there. When I asked for a full refund, He did not give me one. I have sent several other messages about why I deserve a full refund. He has ignored these messages. I will not use this host again."
