"This property was lovely and very well stocked with all of the necessities! The bedrooms were nice with comfy beds the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking including for the crab boil! Catching the crabs and fishing off the dock was a big hit with the boys! The paddle boat and kayaks were fun and enjoyable! We will look them up on our next trip to the area! Perfect stay!!! "We all had a great time staying the weekend at the Beautiful house on Belvedere Avenue. This is the third year in a row we all stayed here. It was very close to the center of town where we had some great food and stopped at R & R for a drink. Plenty of space in the house to enjoy each others company. Would highly recommend this place to other people visiting Cambridge."

"Two couples stayed for a long weekend during an historical heat wave. And even with the heat we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with the shadinees of the of tree canopies over the hot tub and the very comfortable covered porch.The secured umbrella stand on the dock also allowed us to spend ample time on the dock, and some of our party also kayaked. The house itself was the perfect size for us (only the lower bath being a little small) and very well appointed. We will likely be back to enjoy some...

Plenty of beds, fully stocked kitchen, several rooms and couches for those who wanted to read, others to play games, and others to watch football playoffs on tv. "A well taken care of property. House was comfortable for the three of us. Almost a dozen fresh eggs during our time there. Firepit, dock, kayak and canoe, crab traps. Bald eagles, ospreys, great blue herons. A great place to trr wet jac or be active."
