"Wonderful cozy time with friends"

"For a hotel right by the seaside, it is great. It is an older property, so don't expect air conditioning. I'm also assuming because of the clientele, that the room was noticably hotter than I would've preferred. Good thing you can open a window! Apart from that, you get tea/coffee and a seaside view right out the door. What's not to like? They also had entertainment in the restaurant, and overall would stay here again. When coupled with the value, now that makes everything worth it. Very affordable even compared to the big chains. Would stay again! You have a public car park (with EV Charging) next door, but it is a little bit pricey for parking. "

"The hotel is ‘of its day’ in style and furniture but the warm welcome and helpfulness of staff made up for the slightly tired decor. Friendly Resturant staff and excellent tasty breakfast. All in all, with good transport links, near to beach and decent facilities it’s a great place to stay. "

"On check in we were ugraded which meant AC which was great as the room did get very warm. Room was large and bed was good. All the staff were very nice. We enjoyed the pool which was warm and kid friendly. Didn’t eat at hotel apart from Breakfast which was decent, but only buffet. Option for fresh eggs would have been nice. Nice area and short walk to Durley Chine beach. overall a great experience and would recommend and go back. "
