Door doesn’t lock
Nice accommodations, mostly clean on check-in. Easy check-in process. Great location. Unfortunately the keypad lock on the door was unable to be secured during our time at the property. Despite multiple messages and a voice call with Vacasa local staff, our concern was not addressed in any manner. Whenever we left the accommodations, we were unable to lock the door behind us, and our valuables were unsecure.
