Trés mauvaise expérience
Le point fort: Les extérieurs de la maison sont parfaits. Le point faible:A l’intérieur, la salle de bain n’est pas adaptée à des personnes à mobilité réduite et nous n’avons pas utilisé la baignoire, Le propriétare a installé des néons récemment dans son meuble de salle bain, mais le coffrage était ouvert sur le dessus à portée de projection d'eau depuis la bagnoire adossée à ce meuble. L'accés à la bagnoire et à la douche se fait par deux marches rendant l'accés difficile et dangereux. A notre départ, nous n’avons pas fait le ménage, les frais de ménage (100€) étant inclus dans le prix de location. Le propriétaire a pu nous prélever un montant déraisonnable de 600 euros sans fournir aucune facture. Il nous a envoyé des photos montrant Du sable et des miettes dans la maison Quelques déchets (tranche de pain…) Des alèses d’oreillers tachées facilement lavables , des petites têches sur le canapé facilement lavable.. Nous regrettons le manque total d'empathie.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub!
Wir haben alles wie im Inserat beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos abgebildet vorgefunden - eigentlich noch besser. Das Haus liegt an einem Hang, im Erdgeschoss wohnen die Vermieter, die man fast nie sieht oder hört, auf (WhatsApp-)Nachfragen wird aber direkt, freundlich und unkompliziert reagiert. Eine Außentreppe führt ins Obergeschoss zur Eingangstür der geräumigen und klasse ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Auf dieser Ebene liegen auch die Terrasse, der Swimmingpool und der sonstige Außenbereich (Außengrill) - alles uneinsehbar. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern sowie zusätzlich - wie auch der offene Wohn-Essbereich - über Klimaanlagen. Diese reagieren ab 24 Grad Außentemperatur. Das Auto kann in einem offenen Carport abgestellt werden. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen, die Straßen dorthin führen über Serpentinen mit Gefälle und Steigungen (völlig unproblematisch zu bewältigen). Die Ruhe in den Bergen haben wir genossen, gleichzeitig konnten wir unkompliziert Cannes, Nizza und Monaco (u.v.m.) für schöne Ausflüge erreichen. Wir haben uns superwohlgefühlt und empfehlen das Haus/die Wohnung zu 100 %!!!

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in den Bergen
Wir haben einen super Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten wir gegen eine Gebühr mieten. Die gesamte Kommunikation mit Herrn Gravier war sehr wohlwollend. Es wurde sich mehrfach erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Der Pool ist perfekt und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Die Schildkröte im Garten sind süß und unterhaltsam. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter wohnen im unteren Teil des Hauses und sind somit bei Bedarf erreichbar. Die Cote d'Azur ist in 20 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es ist zu beachten, dass das Haus in den Bergen liegt. Die Straßen dahin sind sehr kurvig. Dafür ist man in recht kurzer Zeit ab vom Trubel der Küstenstädte in der ruhigen Idylle. Es war ein großartiger Urlaub!

So soll Urlaub sein!
Das ganze Haus und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung (insbesondere auch der Küche) ist besser als in den meisten anderen von uns gemieteten Objekten. Der Pool ist groß und gefliest (ich mag es einfach), unter der Palme dort nimmt man gerne einen Drink. Das WiFi war besser, als ich es nach den anderen Rezensionen erwartet hatte, über meinen mitgebrachten (Telekom) "TV stick" konnten wir problemlos deutsches Fernsehen streamen (DE wurden gerade Basketball Weltmeister:). Einzig das Schlafssofa war für zwei Erwachsene recht schmal. Die nebenan wohnenden Eigentümer sind freundlich und zurückhaltend. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wij merken op dat bij aankomst in het huis alleen een bank stond voor twee mensen en niet ook, zoals aangegeven op de foto's een derde stoel. Meubels buiten zitten totaal niet comfortabel. Bij het zitten op een ligstoel is zelfs het doek gescheurd en worden wij met een hoge schadevergoeding belast waar je zelfs twee van kan kopen. Door ouderdom en hete dagen zijn deze meubels flink uitgedroogd. Meld meteen aan de eigenaren wat voor afwijkingen je constateerd om achteraf ergenis te voorkomen. Mensen vertonen naar ons inziens geen empathisch vermogen. Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et bien que présents sur place, ils sont super discrets! La maison est très accueillante et propre. La terrasse couverte ainsi que la piscine sont très appréciables en période de canicule. La piscine est d'ailleurs très bien entretenue chaque matin. Nos deux filles de 7 ans et 10 ans ont énormément apprécié la maison et les installations également et les tortues présentes dans le jardin les ont ravies! Nous recommandons vraiment cette location!

Das Haus war groß, komfortabel, klimatisiert, gepflegt und in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der gepflegte Garten sorgt für zusätzliche Ruhe. Meine 11-jährigen Töchter konnten den Pool geniessen . Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns bei Bedarf beraten. Ich möchte mich noch einmal bei ihnen bedanken und die Unterkunft denjenigen weiterempfehlen, die eine ruhige Umgebung suchen. Es gibt zwei Punkte, die ich noch erwähnen möchte; eine wurde in anderen Kommentaren schon geschrieben. Bettwäsche sollte nicht vergessen werden und es ist vorteilhaft einen Waschlappen/Geschirrtuch für die Küche mitzubringen. Zweitens da das Haus auf einem Hügel liegt, sind die Straßen kurvig, es ist sinnvoll, vorbereitet zu sein. Lg Zeynep

Wir haben einen entspannten Urlaub gehabt. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt, die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und waren sehr freundlich und diskret. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass der WLAN Zugang nur in Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer stabil war. Wir werden bestimmt dort noch einmal hinfahren. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen, Haus, Pool und Vermieter sind auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert..

Erholsamer Urlaub
Super Ferienhaus in den Bergen ca 30 min. vom Meer entfernt. man hat das Haus und das Grundstück für sich alleine. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter wohnen separat und lassen sich nur sehen wenn man sie braucht. Haben aber immer ein Offenes Ohr wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Ausflüge nach Cannes und Saint Tropez lohnen sich auf jeden Fall . PS. bitte die Bettwäsche nicht vergessen.

Magnifique location avec vue extraordinaire
Un merveilleux gîte avec vue incroyable, très calme et perché dans la montagne (ça se mérite...) à seulement 20 mn de Mandelieu et de la côte d'Azur. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Tanneron et profité de la superbe et spacieuse piscine. Le gîte est mitoyen de l'habitation des propriétaires, très accueillants et très disponibles tout en étant très discrets. Nous avons également apprécié la climatisation toute neuve... Nous recommandons évidemment !!!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, uns wurde alles erklärt und wir konnten jederzeit bei Fragen zum Vermieter gehen. Das Haus ist sauber, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Schöner Pool und Garten. Es war herrlich sich zu erholen, man ist in 20-30 Minuten am Meer oder im Zentrum Cannes. Eine kleine Anmerkung unsererseits, Fernsehen ist vorhanden aber nur französisch, schön wäre auch deutsch gewesen, da eine SÄT-Anlage vorhanden ist. Aber trotzdem war der Aufenthalt perfekt und erholsam.

Jolie petite location perchée dans les montagnes
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et pleins de bons conseils sans être intrusifs. La piscine est assez grande et la température était agréable bien que nous soyons venus fin Septembre. La location est une demi maison (toute la partie visible sur les photos font partie de la location) mais très bien séparée de l'habitation des propriétaires qui se trouve en bas (aucun vis à vis et discrétion des propriétaires) elle est très bien équipée (cuisine, séjour, chambre et extérieur). L'extérieur lui aussi sans vis à vis est magnifique et invite à la détente, le coin tortue amusera les petits et les grands ! Je recommande !
