"Under promised and over delivered. The facility as a whole is so beautiful and pictures don't do it justice and we did an 80 minute massage that was incredible. We mainly stuck to the adults only side but took a couple nice walks down to the other side to feel the beach and check out the rest of the property. "The property had very lush vegetation and was very well kept and decorated throughout the trip. Everyone working there was very kind and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat. It is very easy to get around to other resorts due to the transportation system. The beaches and pools were gorgeous and well kept as well!"

"The entertainment team (Antonio and Lizbeth particularly) at grand Coba kept us engaged over Christmas and New year with all the activities. The house keeping service provided by Samuel was outstanding. Food at the buffets and all restaurants were excellent. We were totally looked after by all of the attentive staff, and Jose kept the glasses filled. Thoroughly recommend the resort for multigenerational holidays, keeping everyone from teen boys to the golden oldies happy for 2 weeks."
