Sucks
The house was not clean when we arrived, the back door knob was broken, people were able to rent out the pool for a day even though there were people staying… I personally think this places needs to be taken off of your website because it does not live up to the photo… if I could I would give this zero stars nothing about this place was good and customer service for all of these issues that we addressed with you guys was awful

Horrible stay 500 and night we expect certain things
Never gave us the check in information till a hour passed check in time. I had to call 4 times till they called back with the info . They wouldn’t give me the address of the property for driving purposes till one hour before check in time. The pool was very dirty had a vacuum but it was broken. It had code locks on each bedroom so my kids kept locking their self in the rooms no towels not enough kitchen items or trash bags. It was for 500 and some a night would had been 59.99 a night honestly. Also the neighbor hood was not the best we had a super car with us so I had to get up 5 times throughout the night to check our cars where safe . The back door handle and lock was broken and couldn’t be lock properly. I really could go on but I stop it was all bad kids never even got in the pool because of how dirty it was .

Good space didn’t get code so had to call in no book for blinds instructions and pool full of leaves but close to family so worked out
