I stayed here for a weekend with two friends, and overall we enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully designed and well-apportioned in terms of amenities and space. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas look like they could be on HGTV! The location of the house is fairly centrally located if you plan to do things primarily just in Tampa. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and unassuming, so it was a peaceful and relaxing environment to just enjoy one another's company!
That being said, there were some unfortunate functional issues that left something to be desired in our stay. The biggest issue was the water pressure - most notably in the kitchen sink. The water came out not much stronger than a sprinkle and since we were cooking meals in-home, it made it challenging to cook and clean as needed. The showers also had much lower pressure than expected, but the bathroom sinks and toilets seemed fine. Another downside is that the pool wasn't heated. I'm not sure if I just overlooked this during the booking process, but once I arrived I saw that it cost $40/day extra to heat the pool and that it needs to be arranged in advance of the stay. Personally I think the pool heating should have been included in the cost, but it was just a bummer to realize once we arrived that we no longer had the option available to us.
All in all, this is a really beautiful and neat property - the design and visual appeal just seems more modern than the actual "bones" and functionality of the house itself. I enjoyed my stay here, but likely would try somewhere else next time I'm in the area.
