Home was beautiful, clean, beds amazingly comfortable. Upon check-in however, smoke detectors were beeping - yes, detectors. Called turnkey services and they said someone would be out but in the meantime, they were texting me, etc to give them photos, etc - this went on for about an hour before I had enough and was like, just call me. During this time, we could not figure out how to turn on the hot tub despite instructions. So, when property manager came out, we asked for this to be addressed. It turns out it had something to do with the wi-fi, I think, and he fixed it but our first night there, the property manager was at the home for about 2 hours fixing these things. He said he would be back in the morning to address an additional item on the pool but we never saw him. Paid for pool to be heated and by around 4:00 on our last day, we could feel the pool cooling down and again, we could not do anything about it. Overall, it was a great home, clean, etc and I understand things happen but was a little disappointed in those 2 things.
