"The unit we were given was great overall. Clean and spacious. However one of the bathroom doors wasn't installed properly and we had a hard time opening and closing the bathroom door. Also there was no microwave oven installed which I was expecting from a home-stay perspective. Food purchased outside could not be re-warmed. Other than that, the unit was great."

"We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. "Homestay is spacious and provides items such as utensils, toiletries etc. Check-in was slightly troublesome since it has to be done at a hotel 5-mins drive away. Toilets were slightly dirty when we arrived (checked in at 9pm), with the floor being super wet, toilet unflushed and bathroom mat having coloured spots. Overall the stay was decent for the price, but it would be great if the cleanliness was better-maintained."
