"The first assigned room had smell, dampness and mould smell, Hotel staff changed our room and sprayed. room size was OK, Hotel check-in was 3pm but rooms were not ready when we arrived at 6pm. Hotel staff compensated with free breakfast and late check-out which was a nice gesture. Hotel is going to have a major renovation soon so beware before you book."

"We would like to give our special thanks to Mr Ooi who allowed us to experience one of the best room we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in, we would like to specially mention the duty managers Soffian, Ying and Shafini, who each helped us enjoy every quality aspect of the hotel during our stay. "Great Location, Great View, Great Rooms. My only small complaint was not being able to get in for breakfast on the 38th floor restaurant - and we didn't have time to wait. The concierge was very unhelpful but we found the restaurant on the grand floor (JP Teres) and the breakfast and service was excellent. It doesn't have the view but it was better than the 38th. We'll stay again "

Impressive stay & convenient location

"This was my first stay at the hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. The thoughtful room decoration and birthday cake made my celebration truly special. The staff were approachable and helpful, the breakfast spread was delicious, and the complimentary high tea with wine and finger food added a festive touch. Christmas Eve was particularly enjoyable with Santa Claus, caroling, and a lively festive atmosphere. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to Lot 10 and within walking distance of many malls in Bukit Bintang, making it very convenient. The only minor hiccup was the toilet flooding on our last day, but fortunately, it happened just before checkout and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d love to return!"

5 star hotel in KL.

"Fantastic service throughout the hotel. Excellent large room with spacious bathroom and desk for working. Gym and pool were clean and well equipped. Food at the main restaurant was excellent but one small point was dietary restrictions were not labeled as wife is gluten free. Otherwise sensational. Location was also good close to Petronas and walking distance to a shopping mall with cheaper food options and a supermarket."
