"We stayed here a stop-over during a road trip from Vancouver, BC to Anaheim, California. We were thoroughly impressed and would definitely stay here again. We did several stops on our journey and this was by far the best one. The hotel is modern, extremely clean and has a great breakfast. The staff are friendly and the place just has a nice atmosphere. We've stayed in some places that got good reviews but turned out to be awful! But the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ashland was wonderful - such a pleasant surprise when we arrived."

"I was so impressed with this hotel. I informed the front desk staff that I was traveling with my elderly mother, so they gave us a very convenient first floor room. The room was spacious and clean. The pride taken in this establishment is obvious. This will be my go to hotel from now on when visiting my family in the area. "

"We enjoyed staying there. Nice place, well-kept, quiet. I didn’t enjoy the resort fee. That’s just a surreptitious surcharge. We just wanted to sleep. Similarly, I didn’t enjoy the charge for breakfast (as of Jan 2?). We took a look and decided it was not worth it."

"We love staying here because it’s halfway between our destination and home. It’s always comfortable. We can bring our dogs or leave our dogs home and love having that option. This day was no different friendly. Check-in room was comfortable and a quiet location."
