"Very friendly staff. Convenient in its location with a good price. One point though - I arrived without a dog... It let's for us since after all as much as it is clean it's still a place with dog standatds cleanliness... Also, I haven't reserved food and there are no restraints around the existing shop has very limited non-dog food. But I liked the place 🙂 it was cute and as I mentioned the staff were very nice and helpful."

"We had to walk through narrow winding steps to the room. If you have a large suitcase, you may have hard time. I expected a local Japanese family to welcome us because I was going to aske some advice and suggestions but it was a Chinese famly. So I did not ask them. Another thing we were not happy about was this Chinese lady asked my husband passport. She made a copy of it. Not only that I had to write my information on the paper and signed it. "The smell in the house is awful everything smells like old mold and nothing is updated. Its very cold downstairs and hot upstairs. If you like smelly clothes and short to railroad this is it. Retro for some people but really paint is not that expensive and some updated heating and cooling would be nice."

"Two tech issues compounded by lack of human service: 1) Unable to check in using house iPad, which asked for Passcode not provided. 2) Could not connect to wifi. Was able to "saved, secure" but not connect with either of our two devices. Research online regarding "wifi saved secure vs connect" indicated house router likely needed to be reset. Management non-responsive."

"This is a local house in a relatively quite area. Fit 4 guests easily. You can find everything you need, just like at your home. A bit difficult to find the exact location. Google map will bring you to the back door of the house which is wrong. Luckily the host waited for us in person to check in, and explained every single detail in the house. Recommended."
