"Very nice property for family. They have up to 5 beds option. Location is so convenient and everything is close by. Most places are walking distance "

"Hotel is unmanned with no lobby attendant. Everything is done virtually through a video concierge in the lobby. When giving the room code it wasnt the safest as they put it on the screen and others can see your detailed information on at check in if you dont block the screen from others. Overall very spacious layout with tons of room for Tokyo and it was clean. About 10 mins walk to Dotonbori or the subway. Heating/AC unit is a bit hard to get setup properly but once its set its good."

"A well appointed apartment style property with video self check in. There was nothing I found lacking inside the suite - all kitchen and laundry supplies are provided, for example. Property is clean and modern. Cons - the wait for the single elevator can be long at times. The walls appear to be quite thin as well."

Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"Location is marvelous for the hotel. Many eatery and shopping malls within walking distance around this hotel. It is a bit pricey but is worthy for the location. Hotel facility is new and room size is good. Except one day we get only 2 bottles of water instead of 3 for 3 guests. Called the front desk they asked us to buy from the vending machine. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. They have a decent breakfast buffet that also gets really crowded. Even if you go as soon as it opens there will be a line. I don’t know if that’s cultural, but everybody seems to want to have their breakfast early so...

"Excellent facility with indoor and outdoor onsen for hotel guests; Sakurajima station is right across from the hotel connecting to Universal Studio Japan, Universal Studio city Walk, and connecting train to Osaka shopping area. 7-11 is and Lawsons are just around the corner 5 min walk, a must have nearby when staying in Japan."
