We especially liked the split level loft with an 11story view. We liked the surrounding area, places to eat or have coffee/ drinks close although we didn’t eat in that area, we were there one full week. "This was the perfect place for our family to stay! The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine. It was safe and clean and the location was amazing. It was a short/cheap cab ride to Nianxiny Ancient City (highly recommend!) and easy to get to the subway station to access Disney, the Bund and Zhujiajiao. I would highly recommend this place for a group stay around Shanghai!"

"The restaurant is a disaster! no dinner served, at the bar we had to wait almost 2 hr for a Burger. The hotel is very good, breakfast is also good, but is amazing that there is no proper restaurant working in this hotel. Another point is that there is almost NO staff speaking English."

"The service by Guest Service Manager Molin was so superb that it cannot be put into words. He went out and about to make sure my disappointment of having to locate a different hotel on google was cared for. The hotel is new and service the best."

We liked the surrounding area, places to eat or have coffee/ drinks close although we didn’t eat in that area, we were there one full week. Large underground supermarket just nextdoor, you need to look or ask where but it has everything and we shopped there and cooked in room. The kitchen in room was very usable, clean & convenient. This property is not central or downtown, we took DIDI and it was often a 30 minute ride to places we wanted to go, but it wasn’t expensive for us and we enjoyed the rides. Lastly, anything we needed the staff was helpful and attended to our needs right away, and the gym is very nice too. Again thank you to all departments 🙏😊 We would return here to stay again."
