Room was worn out. Shower had a metal piece hanging off the shower door and black grime showing where it should have been attached. Half of the toilet paper holder was broken and missing. Just a general lack of upkeep. I didn’t like that there was a parking fee when there was a huge lot and not very many cars in it. Staff were fine but did not seem to care about their work. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Overall I would not stay here again. There are plenty of other places of similar price to try.

The hotel was in a great area with different food options. I’ve stayed at this hotel before but this time was different. I had issues with my room key not working so I had to go to the front desk several times. The ac in the room wasn’t working properly so at night it would get really hot. I was charged a pet fee even though the dog wasn’t sleeping at the hotel. I was told by the front desk that it’s Hilton’s policy to charge if a pet is inside the hotel room. I was livid!!! I will not be staying at this hotel again.
