Welcome to my Simple house, this is a newly constructed house that you've love to stay in. Only 2km. away from DZR Tacloban airport and located behind the Largest mall in the city Robinson's Tacloban. Restaurants and churches are also one ride away!

Bed bug infestation and very unclean.
Unfortunately there was a very dense infestation of ants and bed bugs. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned since before the covid shutdown. The toilet seat was broken so it pitched my mother and I in the leg every time we used it. Had to check out early and pay for another hotel to stay. This is unfortunate because I am on a longer trip, and every penny counts. The sink in the bathroom was about to come off the wall. Our bed was not only riddled with bed bug, but it was insanely filthy. The pillows had mold on them.

This could be a 5 star stay but there is a faucet issue
This house is exactly what is described. It’s a 5 star stay except for a kitchen faucet issue. It constantly ( dripped, vibrated, hummed, whistled, at times it would stay running even when shut off. Nothing that cant be fixed but it was annoying. It wouldn’t keep me from staying here again. I would definitely rent this again.

Staying boyet house
Stayed 5 nights at boyet house tacloban city (st.andrew homes) had a very good stay there the house was very nice for the price, over all it was clean, and spacious, a little off the beatin path to main road but using local transport not much problem getting anywhere, after booking online no problem checking in or out and they transported to airport after check out, also no problems in neighborhood.

A good landlord
I would have been a lot happier if the Robinson shopping mall had not burned up, before my arrival. This is not the fault of the property or the owner. I still had a pleasant time and will probably rent it again in the future. When they finish rebuilding Robinson this is a good location.
