Best Western Sylvan Park hotels

"We just got back from the Drury Downtown Nashville. Second visit. We absolutely loved the hotel. Everything about it. Large clean rooms. Good breakfast and dinner snacks each night. Plus 3 alcoholic drink tickets per day. Fresh popcorn each afternoon and coffee and water available all day. The food in bar to order was great and fairly priced. Especially the desserts. Bartenders were great as well as drinks. Singer every night too! Always a crowd. The hotel is in a perfect location to downtown. You can walk back and forth all day. It has so many perks. Pool and hot tub a plus too. Will not be dissatisfied. You will love it!!!"

"Staff was wonderful in being accommodating for luggage storage including electronics, perfect location in between Gulch/Broadway which is short walk or brief ride. Laundry facilities came in handy with supplies from front desk. Only negative was breakfast ended a bit earlier than ideal on Friday morning. "

"We were coming in off the road and very tired. I had book the room for the wrong dates so the night clerk / manager helped me get in touch with an Expedia rep. ( which up charged me as much as he possibly could) we eventually got that reservation resolved with the help of the hotel manager. The Expedia rep was very rude and gave me false information. However, once again the hotel night manager was very helpful, kind and accommodating!! The room was very clean!! I give this property a 10 out of 10 in all areas!! We will definitely be repeat guest since it’s on our route to our son’s house in Virginia!!! "

"Gaylord Opryland never disappoints us. The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, the bed is super comfortable, and you never have to leave there is so much to see and do. "

"Staff was nice. Elevators fast and place was very clean. There are some construction in the area but you couldn’t hear the noise. I just would like to know in advance that parking is not included, you have to pay valet and it cost $42 + tax."
