Very large, quiet, comfortable and very clean rooms with built in laundry and kitchenette facilities. The pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi are amazing!!!! Perfect for families or Wellness Getaways.

Although it was adequate accommodation, the room was run down, stains, vanity door sagging down, water leak from under vanity to where hairdryer was kept. To access room instructions and guidelines you need to access QR code and that is fine, although older persons may not find it helpful, but the instructions for accessing the Foxtel were totally wrong and we needed help to get it to work. As a kitchenette you have a dishwasher, sink, microwave and oven, it's very unhelpful, if you there isn't any dish wash liquid, if you happen to want to wash dishes in sink, definitely not helpful if there is not cloth to wipe kitchen bench down, or not tea towel to dry plates etc, not helpful if there is no oven mitts to take anything hot things out of the oven and if I wanted to use microwave to cook anything it would be a waste of time as there is no microwave dishes to cook in. I have previously stayed in at Oaks Goldsborough Sydney and had nothing but praise, but this room was a disappointment in too many ways to even list all.

We recently returned from a family holiday to Sydney and loved staying in the Darling Harbour area. This property had easy and ready access over the water and we loved the size of the unit (2 bedroom) for our family of five. The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed for some meals in and we loved having access to in suite laundry as well. Highly recommend.

The property itself is awesome. With Harbourside closed down for reconstruction you have travel a bit further for restaurants now. Other than that always good to stay here.

Our apartment was overlooking Darling Harbour with skyline view, which was awesome. Bedding's were nice and clean. Nice and workable kitchen with dishwasher, cook top and oven. The toaster and electric kettle were a bit old and did not work properly, needs replacing. Also, a little bit of disappointment with the indoor pool not being heated as this would have been a great way to unwind the day. The Spa was also over heated . However, our overall stay was very comfortable and relaxing . Thank you Oaks for having us .

For started we were upgraded I think.. from a studio to a 1 bedroom. Although I was rather disappointed as this room didn’t suite us. The bedroom was tiny and had no TV. Plus the shower is a bathtub combo 👎. And no balcony like the studio would have had. The bed was comfortable and good airflow in the room. But just disappointed on the room choice as it wasn’t what we wanted.

Everything was perfect and exactly as pictured. We mentioned it we were staying for my husband's birthday and they wrote a note and left us snacks and wine in our room which was a lovely surprise. Communication fell short checking out with parking though. That was the only downside. Otherwise definitely recommend

The only thing was the taps in shower and unfortunately my husband forgot to inform the receptionist of this. They were vey lose and I nearly burnt myself under the shower as the handle fell off and had to be put back on. But staff were very friendly and I would definitely stay again
