This stylish 3 bed penthouse apartment has ducted air conditioning and a security car space is centrally located within walking distance to many of the local pubs, breweries, street art walks and amazing shopping and restaurants of Enmore Rd, King St and Marrickville. Close to both Enmore Theatre and The Factory theatre and a 15 min trip to the Sydney CBD. This entertainers modern apartment sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms and has great district views. Amazing modern apartment in great location
We could not of asked for a better stay. Carly was a great host and left us a detailed guide to the beautiful apartment and the area. Great location, we spent the time exploring all the local spots around marrickville, Enmore and Newtown all within walking area. The apartment was very clean and fitted with everything you need. the balcony areas were so cool to hang out and relax. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Place!
Carly was amazing to deal with and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The place was accurately described and in prime location, close to all the sights and sounds. Carly was great with pointing us in the right direction of which pubs and brewery’s to go to. Carly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Carly was quick with communication and our overall experience was a 10/10!
