"The staff were very knowledgeable on doing various activities locally. I found them very courteous and great talking to. The Sofitel was very close to the transit station and there were buses close by. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal to take the ferry to various places around Sydney. "

"Only one thing I would suggest to have more then one weight scale. I went to the ground floor and reception to ask if I can borrow a weight scale to check the luggage weight as I did some shopping but the staff advised I can’t get it as they have only one scale and has to stay on the lobby. So I had to go and buy a new weight scale across the road from jb hifi. "
