"An service man is very friendly. Check in time in Expedia is 2PM, but, we need to wait until 3PM to go in the room. The hotel parking was full. But, there is another private parking building near the hotel and it was good."

"Picture of the room was deceiving. Was not as nice or big as it appeared. The front desk closes at 9pm so if you get stuck like your room key not working….it’s inconvenient "

"ABSALUTELY Delightful. Staff couldn’t have been more charming and funny and helpful. Food delicious. Only slight problem. Our bedroom was quite noisy because of the road over the wall. Garden too was a delight"

"Wonderful, friendly hotel. Not in centre but not far with the direct, frequent no.4 tram. Location also has good vibe, museums, and vibrant life. Hotel rooms have good aircon, free minibar and a Freitag bag to borrow. Hotel has pool table, table tennis, bike facility, car offer, sauna, gym, etc. Breakfast is very very good, but expensive. "
