Just off the road on 15 acres of private property, Brett's Falling Waters Cabin has a peaceful, back to nature appeal. The cabin is ideal for singles, couples or small families who want to enjoy rustic comfort in a mountain setting not too far from hiking trails, scenic drives, restaurants and the amenities of Black Mountain and downtown Asheville. Two Queen bedrooms and one bath, living room and eat-in kitchen with central air conditioning and heating, our cabin can accommodate up to 4 guests (including children) and 2 pets. A cozy gas log firebox lends ambiance and warmth to the Living Room with Cable TV and free WIFI. The driveway is gravel, level, and accessible by any vehicle.
Answers to Frequent Questions: 4 wheel drive is not needed. The hot tub is located on the gated front porch. Our cleaning fee includes a sanitizing scrub out and fresh spring water refill of the hot tub between each guest as per NC Health Dept. requirements. We are following current cleaning guidelines with contactless arrival/departure to provide you the safest environment possible.
Shopping and Restaurants: The nearest grocery store is Ingles Market in Black Mountain, 8 miles from the cabin. One of Ingles' showcase locations, it has a full service pharmacy, extended shopping hours, self-checkout, and accepts major credit cards. Nearby stores and restaurants include CVS, Okie Dokies Smokehouse Barbecue, Pepperonis, La Bamba Burrito Express, Subway, Dunkin' Donuts, and Ingles Market Deli & Starbucks. Black Mountain (8 miles) has many wonderful restaurants; we can personally recommend the Black Mountain Bistro, Trailhead Restaurant and Bar and the Dripolator Coffeehouse on State Street. Also recommended is Berliner Kindl, Fresh Wood Fired Pizza and the Bush Farmhouse on S. Ridgeway in Black Mountain.
