Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In all it was a great reunion. Little things with the home but met our needs and the location was perfect, very close to the beach. Surfside was far better than Myrtle Beach, better atmosphere and much more friendly. Great restaurants and close to all needed amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and ready for us. The drains upstairs were very slow in the showers, so you would end up standing in water. Other than that everything was great on our trip. I would say the parking limit for this house should be 4 as well. If we had brought more vehicles, I’m not sure where we would have put them.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as far as dishes and cookware. The area is very nice. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this property! Garden City Rental was very easy to work with and was always available to answer any questions I had during the reservation and rental process. I will definitely use them again.

For this reason, I would not rent this house again.

The house was just as listed, had enough room for all of us and was very clean and cozy. It was very close to the beach and we loved sitting outside on the patio furniture! We will definitely come here again!
