Wonderful beach cottage getaway
I have been dreaming of an on-the-beach stay since I was a kid, when my family used to make annual Holden Beach trips. Back then we also rented a small oceanfront cottage. Although that home had no air conditioning back in the 80s, Becky Ann reminded me so much of it. A simple, comfortable, clean cottage where you can relax and enjoy the beach and the view. We so enjoyed our stay and the memories made. Highly recommend!

Rustic Heaven
A perfect, affordable mid-week 3 -night retreat for this retired couple and our Bichon. Loved relaxing on the back porch just a few steps away from the surf! Hoping to get back there again soon!

Definitely needs some upgrades for the price point
We all know you pay for the location. The bathrooms were great. Everything else needs to be updated. It was good but this house has roaches. My granddaughter stepped on a pretty large one early this morning in the bedroom and there was a dead one behind the door in room with twin beds. Kitchen blinds just fell when trying to close them and the plastic piece on the light fixture in the kitchen fell. Not sure if we would stay here again considering the price we paid.

Anniversary trip!
We usually head to Florida for our anniversary but due to time constraints & cost we decided to go to Holden. We used to own beachfront here so it always feels like home. Beach access was great & we enjoyed the back porch. King size bed was great. Loved the old charm with heart pine walls & ceilings

We loved this cute little cabin. The location was unbeatable and we spent most our time on the porch staring at the ocean. We’d definitely book again, the house had everything we needed to cook & enjoy the long weekend.

A rustic retreat
The location was ideal as sitting on the porch allowed for direct view of the ocean and access to it by walkway! The kitchen was well stocked although lighting at stove was limited. The property advertisement should include coffee pot, oven, and dryer. The bathrooms were clean and adequate and beds were comfy. The living room remotes do not work properly. The railings and porch in particular need to be repaired soon before there is an accident as all boards were weathered and railing on walkway broke loose during our stay. Luckily no one was hurt! Overall it was a comfortable, relaxing weekend that we were thrilled our dog could enjoy with us!

Spring Break Getaway
The property was quaint and the perfect size for myself, my husband, our daughter, and a small dog. There were a few things left behind from the previous renter, which is why I could not give 5 stars for cleanliness. The porch was my favorite part of the house. Morning coffee while staring at the ocean was great. The area in front of the house is a great spot for shelling. I found 4 sea biscuits on one of my morning walks. We had a wonderful time and would rent again if given the opportunity.

Charming and Cozy
Met all expectations and reminded me of my family trips to Holden Beach as a kid. A few suggestions: provide some instructions for using the TV system. We struggled with it and it was via trial and error we found the programs we sought. A manager came to help the best he could with it, much appreciated. Also, no soap dish detergent and cloth or scrub for the kitchen. We'll be back to Becky Ann for sure!

Spring Break 2023
This house was small house that one can relate to from Bay Watch show or Stranger Things show setting. This property needs updating compared to its surrounding houses. The backyard is dated however it is perfect little house on the beach. I loved the basic 1980 style of the kitchen & living room where one can look out the window while you are washing your dishes. Only complaint I can say is difficult to navigate TV system on our stay.
