"Shae was a great host. Communicated with us regarding the property before check in. All items we needed such as toddler bed, high chair and pack and play were set up for us. Property was very close walking distance to the beach access. We were on a big family vacation with our whole family. Children ages ranging from 1yo to teenagers. We all had a blast. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. House was clean. We would definitely book this place again if we were to return to Holden Beach. "

"Definitely the nicest house we have ever stayed in. Had everything we would need and more. Pool was chilly but still able to use. Bedrooms were spacious even though there were lots of beds in most of the rooms.TV’s in every room and having Roku and YouTube TV was nice. Each bedroom having a bathroom was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Lots and lots of beach chairs, toys and floats. Loved being able to bring our dog. Quiet end of the beach in a gated community made it extra nice. Definitely coming back. "

Things to note- if bringing your dog, they are not allowed on the beach between 9-5, cannot go to the pool area and are not allowed to be left alone at the camp site -so it’s difficult to do much during the day unless you’re planning to stay at the campsite only. The generator creates a lot of fumes in the tent if you’re trying to run it for ac. Interior lights don’t work so bring a lantern for after dark. **Sheets are not included for the bed or the cot and we weren’t told ahead of time in the paperwork or check in confirmation email sent prior to arrival and that would have been helpful to know. Bring bedding. Otherwise great location and the porta potty adjacent to the campsite was very clean. "

"This home is beautiful and everything it seems to be online and more. My main complaint is that it is an inverted floor plan (which it clearly stated!! ) and everything is on the top floor. This is not the fault of the advertisement, we just did not realize how much climbing that many stairs would hurt our older knees. This place REALLY needs a lift or an elevator! However, our dogs were happy with the fenced in yard and we were happy with everything else once we got the stairs out of the way. "
