"We loved every minute of our stay! We have never been made to feel more welcome at a hotel before and would definitely stay here again. Beautiful room with everything we could need. Loved the washing machine and dryer which I used everyday. Lovely food - we all enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning and had some delicious dinners. A definite highlight was the poolside food and drinks service. The day spa was fantastic, as was the staff who ran the kids activities by the pool. It was a wonderful holiday for us and the staff are what made it so great - thank you! "

"Recently stayed 7 nights at Volivoli Beach Resort and enjoyed a lovely relaxing holiday. The staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful. The food was generally good, but could be excellent with some form of quality control in place. Occasionally grilled bacon was served cremated, hot dishes were often on cold plates & served lukewarm, and the breakfast bar choices were limited. Where is all the delicious Fijian tropical fruit like coconut, mangoes pawpaw, pineapple..why is it not being showcased? Also expresso coffee should be part of prepaid food package, as there are no cafes around. Our villa was well appointed, but bed was very firm & would have liked the option of a mattress topper for our comfort, although this is purely personal. Only plasticware glasses provided, so requested real glasses. Also asked for seating squab cushions to soften the hard wooden sun loungers provided, which is standard in most resorts. This resort is pitched toward the higher end of resort accommodation in Fiji and these few things, a little attention to detail, to ensure the guests comfort, would make such a difference. "
