"The apartment was beautiful. The refrigerator’s ice machine did not work, nor did the water on the refrigerator. The pool was great, but there were covers on the bottom of the pool which were missing and the light of the pool was hanging there and not on the wall. Hope that these items can be resolved as we would consider rebooking."

"Great location and nicely decorated apartment, but the cleaning was subpar. The floors were extremely dirty; our socks turned black within 5 minutes of walking. One of the shower walls was covered in long hair from previous guests, and the windows were so dirty that they obscured the view and made the apartment appear even dirtier. Overall, it's a great place with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. If the cleaning improves, it would be an excellent place to stay."

"Studio awesome , but fee more high oh renting Studio , because online registration not shoing fool prices with fee beach resort.I feel pay double for stay byself on my vocation. FOR FAMILY 2-4 PEOPLE AWESOME PRICE, BUT FOR 1 OWERPRICE.For 2 weeks need do a good discount , for do more vocation 4 times in year 😉 😀, not 1 timein in yeas for over churches double price."

"We stayed in 2 units - one of which was fine. But the 2nd unit was horrible. There was a leaky roof with old and obvious damage to the ceiling. There is no way we were the first ones to note the constant leaking when it rained. The dishwasher didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. They kept telling us they’d come to fix it, but it never happened. There was no hot water in the master shower for the entirety of our stay. Again, they promised they would repair it, but never showed. The AC only...

"We stayed a couple nights but didn’t realize until we got there that there is a mandatory 125 dollars a night fee for resort amenities (nowhere in description). It includes pool, beach, fitness access and valet parking. Rooms big but walls very thin. I heard kids screaming all morning and evening. That said, location is good and staff are attentive. It’s a good base for exploring. "

"Overall location of property is great for Sunny isles and quick walk to the beach across the street. Beach area is beautiful and relaxing. Property itself could use a little love and pictures online make property look more fresh and updated then the actual. I’ll say the host is very good at communicating and seems very nice. Overall we had a good time on our Spring Break."

"Water pressure was horrible and non existent in some places. Accommodations didn’t have appropriate seating or lounge furniture. We wouldn’t come back and honestly feel we overpaid for what we received. "
