"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"The property was in a good location and has plenty of space. Our family of 4 stayed in villa b and loved the unique floor plan- almost 3 floors with narrow staircase and loft steps. There was a view of lake ashi. The unit supplied necessary items and we could cook if we wanted to. The washer/dryer combo didn’t dry too well though. "

"We booked the barrel suana cabin, it was a cute little cabin with an outdoor bath tub and wood fired sauna. All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly especially ishigawa and keiko. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Japan. This place is a little piece of heaven . I recommend booking the private hot springs and suana. My compliments to all the staff , management and owner. EXCELLENT!!!!!"

"The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. "Beautiful property, the host will wait for you to check-in even if you encounter delays on your journey up to Kawaguchiko. The cottages were extremely clean and cozy, with a small soaking tub right outside of the bathroom. There are a few walkable Onsen nearby open late and there is a phenomenal Oden restaurant nearby open till 11pm."

"I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. "A beautiful property on Lake Ashinoko with stunning views of Mt Fuji. Extremely close to the rope-way that takes you up to the shrine on the mountain with even more breathtaking views. Lovely rooms, helpful staff. Dining options are limited to the hotel as it is too remote to get anywhere else. Nice outdoor onsen"
