Our family-friendly apartment 1 has a size of about 45 sqm. The apartment is completely tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be easily reached by a separate entrance at ground level.





The apartment is divided into a combined living room and bedroom, which is equipped with a 119cm LCD SMART TV, DVD player and stereo HIFI. You can sleep on a new box spring bed 160 x 200 or a new leather sofa bed with sleep function. There is another bedroom with a bunk bed 90 × 200. The shower room consists of a hanging toilet, a washing area and a shower tray with high-quality real glass shower cabin. The kitchen consists of a new seating area with high quality oak table and banana rattan high chairs and a new fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. The other equipment-coffee machine with jug, kettle and toaster and everything else you need for cooking and eating.





Outside, there is for each apartment a free parking right on the property of the object. For your holiday apartment the pictured below spacious terrace. To sit and linger invites a very high-quality real wood furniture. But you can also relax on the available sunbeds. As sunscreen is a large traffic light umbrella. For the physical well-being provides the generous Kamingrill. You can rent bikes at a local rental agency at a discounted price with pickup and delivery service. Or bring their own wheels and connect them to the existing stand.



An additional cot or travel cot and a highchair can be provided free of charge on request. Your pet is also welcome by prior arrangement with us
