"Great room, clean and a reasonable size for the price. Was lovely having the pool and gym free to use downstairs too! Also really convenient to get to the university metro station, just a 5 minute walk away. Just note, the hotel does not use key cards and instead emails you a code at 3pm to check in, so you won’t be able to check in early as it is an automated email!"

"I never got any check in details, despite asking several times via various means of messages. I also asked whether I cld could come slightly earlier. I was told I cld but again no check in details were given. There was no key safe or a reception to pick up a key. In the end I had to book somewhere else. "

"Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

"Wonderful! New, roomy 1 br apartment with modern conveniences. Easy online checkin and check out. Great responsiveness from staff. The location is in a modern area with abundant dining and shopping within walki g distance. The train station is an easy 15 minute walk, even with luggage."

"We were 3 , I , my wife and my daughter , all the things went on perfectly in this hotel. It is so close to metro , you can easily visit and sightsee the city via using metro. Room was perfect , it had kitchen to let us prepare our baby's meal easily , and also room has washing machine which we used a lot during our stay. Personel was so kind and helpful during our requests."

"On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. "Interesting design - on 2 levels, living/kitchen on first floor and bedrooms on 2nd. Lots of baths. Clean and safe. It will NOT sleep 7 (unless you're ready to sleep 3 in one bed, with the last person crunched on a loveseat sofa). 4 is more the right number of guests. Full minibar in fridge. "Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. Except kitchen, commute was very good, carrefour xpress and restaurants are 2-5mins walk and central/old city, Tampa telecabina/mountain areas and property owner...
