Heavenly River Retreat

From tubing down the river (3 minute drive for a 45 minute float ending at the house), to relaxing in any one of a half dozen little luxury sanctuaries throughout the house and property, who could want anything more?

Great House right on the River

This house is amazing and we will definitely come back. The house is right on the river and the water sounds are very relaxing. Great outdoor spaces to enjoy the river, firepit, bbq, hammocks. Clean and well stocked with cookware. Bring your food essentials with you, the nearest market is about 1/2 hour away, but the house is well worth it.

Great Cabin

Overall our stay was great. The property itself has alot to offer. Our favorites were the covered back porch and the river. It was a lot closer to camping than we would have liked, but we rolled with it. We encountered a storm on the drive there that left us without power and running water for 2.5 days. Thank goodness for the rain barrel or we would have had to get water from the river. And thank goodness for the candles and flashlights at the cabin. It did come equipped with items for such the sitch. It was pretty refreshing to not be on our phones/video games and enjoy each other's company. The only other down side is there's no dishwasher. Really minor inconveniences that helped us develop the family bond...and then the power came back on.

Great short stay

We had everything we needed for a short 2 night stay for our family of 4 (2 children ages 8 and 9). Our children loved playing in the river, enjoying the hot tub, and having a fire at the fire pit. The kitchen was fully stocked for our needs and we were comfortable throughout the stay. Our kids loved playing in the river and we enjoyed the peaceful sound of the water, but other homes are in view and there's a road close by. It's not the most secluded property but it was very comfortable and well appointed!

Family Fun Thanksgiving

Had a great Thanksgiving at this river retreat. The hot tub was a delight during the cold fall nights. Vacasa's book of activities was extremely helpful. The cabin was nice and cozy. Can't wait to come back in the summer.
