"Self check in which was so easy. Entered room but had a very bad smell of cigarettes informed reception and given a room change immediately with apologies. Staff very courteous and polite. Room clean but a little dated sink chipped and table. Bar area very good and very friendly service. "

"Fantastic hotel, close to the city centre, and just off Oxford Road. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and modern hotel. Super comfy super king bed, bonus of a coffee pod machinemd a shower with standard and rainfall heads. The restaurant was lovely - busy at breakfast, but no shortage of food (which was delicious). Highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again."

"Had a great stay at the clocktower! Everything was beautiful and clean. The reception area itself is very impressive. The only downfall was housekeeping. On the day we checked in, we received turn down service at night. Our room was left one tony’s chocolate (which is my favourite) between 2 of us. My brother and his partner did not receive anything even though they were just next to us. The following day, we didn’t receive housekeeping in the morning or the evening. Not sure why. Neither of our rooms did which was disappointing."
