"Our go to hotel when we stay in Stratford. A historic hotel that oozes authenticity. Yes, it could do with a makeover in certain areas of the main building but these do not detract from the overall pleasantness of the stay. Excellent breakfast offering. If you plan to use the spa facilities then a small padlock is recommended to secure your belongings. Totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Stratford area. "

We had an issue with feather duvets and asked to be changed but were told that no one in housekeeping they had gone home. Someone did change it though whilst we were out. "Lovely stay here in Stratford. Our room was large with a lovely bathroom and included a balcony, which sadly looked over the police car park! The toiletries were all l’occitane. Check in was quick and easy and communication prior to our stay was good, ensuring we had made parking arrangements and that our diner reservation was arranged. "What a terrific location! We had a great stay. The breakfast room is beautiful. It felt great to be in an historic building in the center of this historic town. The slightly odd shaped room and carrying our bags up the flight of stairs were part of the charm. And the private parking lot for hotel guests was an huge benefit! Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly. Top notch service. And for fitness center fans, the Indigo has a good one. We loved the short stroll to the RSC...
