"Lack of communication before-hand about check-in. We did have prompt responses to broken A/C, and then lack of hot water. Sleeps 7 or 8 but has dishes for less. Very basic supplies. Though coffee was supplied, sugar was hidden away, no pepper was found, no paper towels or tissues, some lightbulbs out. It served our purpose and met basic needs once problems were addressed."
