I would have given 5 stars if we had been notified we couldn't drink the water, brush our teeth or cook with it. It did say the pool area had water available. Other than that it was a wonderful place and a great location. I would stay there again.

Unit was spotless. Comfortable beds and couch. Could use some kitchen items. Stock pot, strainer, good frying pans, serving bowls and more cups, silverware and dishes. I will definitely be back next year.

Leaving this review because I had seen a few complaints from other guests that the place was not clean so just wanted to let VRBOers know it was perfectly clean for us in October 2023! Only complaint is that there were no coffee filters and the salt and pepper shakers were alll empty!

Reasonable pricing and comfortable accomodations
I would recommend this accommodation for it's reasonable pricing, cleanliness and location. It is walking distance to Alchemist brewery and many other restaurants and breweries. It has a nice view and comfortable couches. As you can see by the pictures, the bedrooms are very tight. There were no coffee cups so you have to use tea cups. We wish we were able to use the deck more. Overall we had a great weekend staying in a great locatoin, and I would consider these condos again if in Stowe.

everything was great with one exception. There were no pots larger than a 3 quart pan, plenty of coffee cups but only 1 water glass, 6 4oz juice cups and 13 dinner plates, seems odd.

The location is very convenient for getting to town and ski resort. The unit was ok. We had some issues with inconsistent heat in the bedrooms - some stayed very cold. The gas fireplace also gave us some issues but we’re addressed by maintenance. The beds were not comfortable but the sectional was.

Nice stay
The condo is dated but the owner has made many upgrades. New appliances, new floors, new couch, new cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. Needs to upgrade shower. Only 2 large mugs for coffee. Rest are very small. I had asked a couple of questions of property manager but never heard back on one of them.

Run down apartment
The apartment is quite rundown. Bedsheets and bed skirting are torn and there are stains on the blankets (seems like the blankets were not washed at all). One of the legs of the single bed was broken and the bed was not usable. The apartment was not cleaned properly and there was rubbish behind the beds and bedside tables. We feedback to VRBO about the condition of the apartment together with pictures, however VRBO failed to attend to our request and is not willing to compensate for the inconvenience caused to us during the stay.

Look somewhere else.... in Stowe
I loved the area this condo was in. That being said, I would've liked to know in advance about the drinking water being unsafe to brush your teeth with and drink. The condo itself could use either a deep clean or a facelift. We found long strands of hair in our bathroom floor and pooled in the bathtub too. One of the showers has a glass sliding door and the crevices of the fixture had mold in it. It looked unkept. The shower head of the other bathroom sprays water in all different directions, making the exit of the shower unsafe because you can slip. The bedsheets/comforters in all of the bedrooms seem like they are decades old. I loved the town of Stowe (even with the water issue) but did not enjoy staying at Mountainside Resort F303.

Nice unit but a little antiquated
These units are very great location but some of them are worn and not well maintained The refrigerator ran excessively with some noise and not every electrical outlet worked. Stains on furniture. Small things at many of the units
