"The apartment was easy to find. The property manager never provided a code for the key box. Fortunately the owner was next door working on a renovation so we weren't delayed long. The flat was pretty clean. The shower wall has black mold on it that should be cleaned off. Also, there's no where to hang the shower head. "We needed a stay close to Stockholmsmässan, and this was exactly as we required as it was just a short walk away (less than 10mins). There was a small supermarket on the corner, basic cooking facilities in the room, and a few places to eat in walking distance (or on Uber Eats). Room was very clean, easy to access, all in all we would definitely stay again."

"Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. The only thing we didn't like about Biz Apartments was that Reception is not staffed between 8am and 1.30pm daily. It...

"Great location, perfectly clean and pleasant apartment. It was a little cold on arrival, but just needed to wait for the heating to warm the rooms. I was a bit unsure how the virtual check in would work, so perhaps a few more details might reassure travellers about the process, as it was super easy. The most difficult part was that we arrived on a weekend and there isn’t anyone at reception. we also arrived quite late in the day and we weren’t able to access the property to then use their landline to call them and check-in.
