"Overall my stay at Riverwalk Plaza was fantastic. Staff was helpful and attentive. My room was minimalistic but clean and comfortable. Despite having an issue with my fridge, they responded and rectified it quickly. My only “complaint” is that my thermostat could not be turned below 68 so my room was often uncomfortably warm as well as the no check out late policy is rigid and outdated."
