「Our room had a slanting ceiling so you had to be careful and only 1 light so part of the room was too dark. Had a table but only 1 chair for the 2 of us. The price was good though. 」

「A lovely old Scottish building, full of charm and character which is sadly lacking in modern multi-chain hotel groups. The staff were all absolutely lovely - very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, equipped with tea/coffee facilities, and a well-stocked bathroom. We were eating out in the evenings, but the breakfasts were wholesome, well-cooked, and with excellent choices. This was our second visit, and we will certainly be back any time we wish to stay in...
