The way a VRBO property should be!
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Everything was there that we needed for a perfect stay, and what wasn't, the owner made sure to help us get it. If you're looking for a perfect location with the perfect house, this is it. Location, views, comfort, beds, couch, TV, wildlife, charging my Tesla, Golf, walks, dinners, wine, hot tub, kitchen, views, views, and views. All were perfect. Note: be careful about leaving bottom windows open, even with screens on them. We had a raccoon come visit us at 4:00am. He got into the kitchen and knocked over the garbage can. He scared the heck out of us, but he was harmless, just hungry. He's done this before and knew what he was doing.....LOL

Wonderful getaway
Everything was as advertised…perfect. Beautiful home in a quiet part of Sea Ranch. Home has a spectacular location, secluded on the ocean cliff, with views to match. The house was spotless and extremely well stocked. Brian was a gracious host and easily reachable. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to just chill out for a few days…or take advantage, as we did, of the many hiking trails in and around Sea Ranch as well as spending a day enjoying Healdsburg.

Best stay ever
We had a wonderful 10 year anniversary and getaway here. The host Brian was so warm and kind and gave excellent directions for the house and surrounding area. We were able to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean and saw so many stars at night. The sunsets were gorgeous. I highly recommend this house. The ocean view was amazing! 10/10! Had a fabulous week relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we, my daughter and I, needed for our stay. We absolutely will be coming back and have already begun thinking about when that will be. Brian was a wonderful host. Having been in the area before, we brought grocery items we wanted to be sure we had, but were able to supplement other items at the Surf market. The Stewart Point Bakery is a good spot as well as the Upper Crust pizzeria.

Oceanfront House Overlooking Sea Ranch Bluffs
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house with the large grassy front yard and back decks. We were visited by deer and quail in the front and bunnies and jays in the back. We loved sitting on the platform on the bluff, watching sea lions and seabirds go by. The other houses on either side of the house are screened by trees/plants, so there is a sense of privacy on the decks. The highway is just one street over, close to be convenient but not obtrusive or loud. The house was comfortable with great art/decor and very clean but could have used sharper knives, microwavable containers, replacement frying pans (which were already on order by owner), and the opportunity to compost trash. The owner was very communicative, calling us the first night to welcome us, provide instructions, and offer us a gift certificate to a local restaurant, then checked in with us the next day. Although appreciated, we recommend providing updated written instructions as well due to the house's unique features (lighting, TV, washer/dryer, bidet, etc.). The shower, gas fireplace, and TV worked well. The laundry center was very appreciated, as we didn't have to pack as much on our trip. The property was just down the road from Gualala and Stewarts Point for restaurants, groceries, and gas station, and only an hour or less from Jenner/Bodega Bay, Salt Point Park/Kruse Rhododendron Reserve, and Fort Ross. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend the Indigo Tide beachouse in Sea Ranch to all.

Classic Sea Ranch.
Brian, your host for this impeccable property, does everything he can to make you feel at home. Although not suitable for children, as it is on the edge of an ocean bluff, your adjacency to the ocean here is fabulous. The house sits on one of the earliest developed lots in Sea Ranch which sets it apart from most properties that are available. If you wish that you had bought property at Sea Ranch in the 1960s, this is the house for you.

This was our second stay at Indigo Tide and was just as fabulous as our first in 2020. Brian took very good care of us once again. This house is perfect for two couples and affords complete privacy but also has large shared spaces in the living area of the house and on the deck. It was our friends' first visit to the home and they loved it too. It was the perfect four-day getaway and is a great location for a fabulous meal at St. Orres and a delicious wine and small bites pairing at Fort Ross Winery.

Amazing seaside stay!
This beautiful house is situated in a beautiful spot just above the shore of the ocean, with waves swirling around rocks, birds soaring overhead, and sunsets glistening on the water. Although there are wonderful nearby places to explore, it was hard to tear ourselves away from this gorgeous space.
