"I am surprised that these people will charge you extra for a parking spot. The parkings were empty but I still had to park outside. My opinion is that these people are amatures in business. We arrived just on dark and there were no dining options, power was limited to a few lights, due to daily "load shedding", so unable to microwave or even get a cup of tea until full power returned an hour or more later. Next morning unable to find a suitable power outlet for hairdryers supplied - on checking out was advised compatible points beside/under beds??? Staff were personable and helpful...
