"We stayed at this hotel for 4 extra nights after our 2 week South Africa tour ended. It was a great location to walk to many meeting points for the tours we organized. The room was on the small side but we managed with one queen bed. The full breakfast (included) had plenty to choose from. All staff were attentive & helpful while assisting with our many questions. We highly recommended this hotel! "

"Hello. This is a beautiful hotel close to shopping, restaurants and Table Mountain. Our heat didn't work in our room and they offered to put us in another room but we were happily settled in our room and agreed to wait and it was fixed when we returned from our excursion. We loved the breakfast and the staff was wonderful to us. If something is wrong, please be courteous/patient and let the staff know. They care and will make every effort to resolve your problem.
